আবদুল্লাহিল বাকি ।।
আল্লামা ইকবাল কাদিয়ানি ফেতনার ভয়াবহতা ও তাদের সম্পর্কে সাধারণ মুসলমানদের সতর্ক করতে বেশ কিছু প্রবন্ধ লিখেছেন। রাষ্ট্রীয় পর্যায়েও তিনি এ বিষয়ে সতর্ক করার চেষ্টা করেছেন। তাছাড়া বিভিন্ন সময়ে তিনি তাদের বিষয়ে বক্তব্য রেখেছেন। বক্তব্যগুলো লতিফ আহমাদ শেরওয়ানী ‘হরফে ইকবাল’ নামে একটি গ্রন্থে সংকলিত করেছেন। এখানে ইকবালের কিছু উক্তি তুলে ধরছি। যাতে কাদিয়ানি বিষয়ে ইকবালের মতামতের তীব্রতা বোঝা যায়।
১. ইকবাল বলেছেন, ‘আমার নিকট কাদিয়ানি ধর্মের চেয়ে বাহা’ই ধর্ম বেশি নিরাপদ। কারণ, তারা খোলাখুলি ইসলামের বিরোধী। কিন্তু কাদিয়ানি ধর্ম ইসলামের বাহ্যিক কিছু রীতিকে বহাল রেখেছে। আর ভেতরে ভেতরে ইসলামের রুহ ও মাকাসেদকে ধ্বংস করে দিচ্ছে। কাদিয়ানিদের আকিদা-বিশ্বাসের অনেক কিছুই ইহুদিদের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রাখে। তাই মনে হয়, যেন কাদিয়ানি ধর্মের মূল ইহুদি ধর্মে প্রোথিত।’
২. ‘মুসলমানগণ ঐসব আন্দোলনের ব্যাপারে অনেক স্পর্শকাতর, যা তাদের ঐক্যের জন্য হুমকি স্বরূপ। যে ধর্মীয় দল ইসলামের বহির্ভূত, নতুন নবুওয়তের উপর যার ভিত্তি, নিজেদের উদ্ভাবিত বিশ্বাসকে যেসব মুসলমান মেনে নেবে না, তাদেরকে কাফের ফতোয়া দেয়া যাদের আদত, তারা মুসলমানদের একতা সংহতি নষ্ট করে দিতে পারে। কেননা মুসলমানদের ঐক্যের মূলমন্ত্রই হলো খতমে নবুওয়তের আকিদা।’
৩. কাদিয়ানিদের ‘সান রাইজ’ পত্রিকায় একবার আল্লামা ইকবালের প্রাচীন লেখা থেকে উদ্ধৃতি টেনে কাদিয়ানিদের প্রতি ইকবালের পক্ষপাত প্রমাণ করার প্রয়াস চালানো হয়েছিল। এর প্রতিক্রিয়ায় আল্লামা ইকবাল বলেছিলেন, ‘এখানে আমার এটা স্বীকার করতে কোনো দ্বিধা নেই যে, শুরুর দিকে কাদিয়ানি দ্বারা ইসলামের কিছু কাজ হয়েছে। আমার জানা মতে মরহুম মৌলভি চেরাগ আলি, যিনি ইংরেজিতে বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় পুস্তকাদি রচনা করেছেন, তিনিও শুরুর দিকে মির্যা কাদিয়ানির সঙ্গ দিয়েছেন। এমনকি ‘বারাহিনে আহমাদিয়া’ গ্রন্থ রচনায় তারও সহযোগিতা ছিল। কিন্তু তিনিও সেখান থেকে সরে এসেছেন। কোনো আন্দোলনের প্রাণ একদিনেই বেড়ে ওঠে না। পরিপূর্ণ প্রকাশের জন্য বেশ সময় লাগে এর। যখন প্রত্যক্ষ করলাম, কাদিয়ানি মতবাদে একজন নতুন নবির ধারণা দেয়া হচ্ছে, তখনই আমি এই জামাতের প্রতি বিতৃষ্ণ ও মনক্ষুণ্ন হয়ে ওঠি। পরে একবার এই জামাতের এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সদস্যের মুখে যখন নবি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলায়হি ওয়া সাল্লামের প্রতি মারাত্মক গালি-গালাজ শুনলাম, তখন মনক্ষুণ্নতা রূপ নিল বিরোধিতায়। আমি সেখান থেকে সরে এসেছি, মত পরিবর্তন করেছি, এতে আশ্চর্যের কী আছে? জীবন্ত মানুষই মত ও পথ পরিবর্তন করে সঠিকটা বেছে নেয়, মৃত মানুষ নয়। এমারসন খুব সুন্দর বলেছেন, একমাত্র পাথরই শুধু নিজ অবস্থান থেকে সরতে পারে না।
৪. কাদিয়ানি সম্প্রদায়কে ঘিরে ইংরেজদের ‘ডিভাইড এন্ড রুল’-এর পলিসিকে ব্যাখ্যা করতে গিয়ে ইকবাল বলেছেন, ‘এই ভারতবর্ষের অবস্থা হলো, যদি কোনো মূল ধর্মের মধ্যে নতুন উপদল সৃষ্টি হয়, সেটাকে ইংরেজ লিবারেল সরকার মূল দলের ঐক্য নষ্টের খাহেশে বেশ মদদ যোগায়, নিজ আনুগত্যে থাকার শর্তে। এই পলিসিকে আকবর ইলাহাবাদি সুন্দরভাবে ফুটিয়ে তুলেছেন, ‘গভর্নমেন্টের বন্ধু হতে চাও, তাহলে ‘আনাল হক’ বলো। তবে নিশ্চিন্ত থাকো, তোমার ফাঁসি হবে না।’
কাদিয়ানি সম্প্রদায়ের বৈধতা: জওহর লাল নেহেরু ও ইকবাল
আল্লামা ইকবাল যখন ধারাবাহিকভাবে কাদিয়ানিদের বিরুদ্ধে যৌক্তিক প্রমাণাদি দ্বারা লিখে যাচ্ছিলেন তখন জওহর লাল নেহেরু এটাকে সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের উপর নিপীড়ন বলে তিনটি প্রবন্ধ লিখেছিলেন কলকাতা থেকে প্রকাশিত এক ইংরেজি পত্রিকায়। এসবের জবাবে আল্লামা ইকবাল একটা বক্তৃতা দিয়েছিলেন, যার লিখিত রূপ ২৩ পৃষ্ঠা। এখানে অনেক কথার ফাঁকে তিনি এক সত্য উচ্চারণ করেছিলেন। তিনি বলেছিলেন, ‘পণ্ডিত জওহর লাল নেহেরু ইদানিং যে কাদিয়ানিদের অধিকার নিয়ে মুখ খুলছেন এত জোরে শোরে, যা ইতোপুর্বে মুসলমানদের অধিকারের ক্ষেত্রে কখনো দেখা যায়নি, এর একমাত্র কারণ, জওহর লাল নেহেরু ও কাদিয়ানি সম্প্রদায়– উভয়ই মুসলমানদের ঐক্য, শক্তি, সংহতিকে পছন্দ করে না। এটা তিক্ত হলেও বাস্তব।’
এরপর তাদের মাঝে পারস্পরিক পত্রালাপও চলে কিছু কাল। ইকবাল সে পত্রগুলোতে এটা দেখাতে চেষ্টা করেছিলেন, কাদিয়ানি সম্প্রদায় শুধুমাত্র ইসলামের জন্যই নয়, দেশ ও দেশীয় সকল ধর্মের জন্যই হুমকি। সবাই যখন একযোগে ইংরেজ ও সাম্রাজ্যবাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াইরত, ঠিক সে মূহুর্তে গাদ্দারির জন্য কাদিয়ানি সম্প্রদায় এক পায়ে খাড়া। ২১ জুন ১৯৩৬ ঈসায়িতে লাহোর থেকে নেহেরুর প্রতি এক চিঠিতে সুস্পষ্ট তিনি বলেছিলেন, ‘আমার এ বিষয়ে কোনো সন্দেহ নেই যে আহমদী জামাত ইসলাম ও বর্তমান হিন্দুস্তান, উভয়ের জন্যই খতরনাক গাদ্দার।’
কাদিয়ানিদের ব্যাপারে আল্লামা ইকবালের চূড়ান্ত বক্তব্য
আল্লামা ইকবাল তাঁর এক প্রবন্ধে লিখেছেন, ‘যে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলায়হি ওয়া সাল্লামের পরে অন্য কোনো নবীর আগমনের দাবি করে, সে ইসলামের গণ্ডি-বহির্ভূত কাফের। সে হিসেবে কাদিয়ানি জামাতও কাফের। আমার জানা আছে, কেউ কেউ আমার ব্যাপারে এ ধারণা করছে যে, আমি রাষ্ট্রীয়ভাবে কাদিয়ানিদের মিটিয়ে দেবার জন্য প্রবল প্রয়াস চালাচ্ছি। বিষয়টা এমন নয়। আমিও ধর্মীয় স্বাধীনতার কথা জোরে শোরে বলি। এ ছাড়া হিন্দুস্তানের ভবিষ্যত অন্ধকার। কাদিয়ানিদের ধর্মীয় স্বাধীনতার জন্যই তাদেরকে আলাদা ধর্ম হিসেবে ঘোষণা প্রয়োজন। এতে করে তারা ইসলাম ছাড়া হিন্দুস্তানের অন্যান্য ধর্মের মতো স্বাধীনভাবে তাদের ধর্ম পালন করতে পারবে। তাদের দ্বারা সরলমনা মুসলমানরাও বিভ্রান্ত হবে না। হিন্দুস্তানের শান্তি শৃংখলা স্থিতির জন্য তাদের পৃথক ধর্মীয় সম্প্রদায় হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা জরুরি।’
ইকবাল হিন্দুস্তানের জন্য যে বিষয়টা বুঝেছিলেন, আজও আমাদের দেশে সে বিষয়টা রাজনৈতিক হর্তা-কর্তা, বুদ্ধিজীবীদের বুঝে আসেনি। বাংলাদেশের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ মুসলমানদের শান্তি শৃংখলা স্থিতির জন্য আল্লামা ইকবালের প্রস্তাবটা এ দেশেও প্রয়োগ করা অতি জরুরি হয়ে পড়েছে।
